Cohorts & access
- How often do cohorts start?
- We publish start windows per track — typically quarterly for intensive labs and monthly for lighter revision sprints. Exact dates appear in enrolment correspondence, not countdown widgets.
- Are sessions recorded?
- Most live clinics are recorded for cohort participants for a limited window (often 90 days). Some mentor reviews are audio only by design.
- Can my team share a login?
- Accounts are per learner unless you purchase a team desk — sharing credentials violates these terms and confuses mentor feedback threads.
Materials & data
- Do you provide proprietary vendor data?
- No. We work with public releases and teach you how to license additional data yourself. That keeps costs transparent and avoids hidden subscriptions.
- Which software is assumed?
- Tracks list spreadsheet-first or code-first paths. You choose one and stay consistent — we do not require a single vendor stack.
- Limitation — what is explicitly excluded?
- We do not teach market timing, trade ideas, or personalised investment advice. Macro literacy only — if you need portfolio construction, engage a licensed adviser.
Mentors & feedback
- How fast is written feedback?
- Mentor passes target a few business days per round — not instant messaging. Urgent employer deadlines are your planning problem, not a reason to compress rubrics.
- Can mentors sign external documents?
- Generally no — we comment on learning artefacts inside the cohort workspace. Employer attestations are outside scope.
- What if I disagree with a comment?
- Push back in writing — we prefer a threaded discussion to silent resentment. Civility and specificity help.
Billing & policies
- Why are prices “informational” on the website?
- Final fees may include administrative charges or team bundles confirmed in writing — we avoid fake checkout flows.
