Refund Policy
1. Prices Are Informational
Displayed fees describe educational offerings. No checkout is processed on this marketing site; payment terms are confirmed in separate enrolment correspondence.
2. Cooling-Off and Eligibility
Where the Consumer Protection Act applies to a distance transaction, you may have a cooling-off right within fourteen days of purchase if services have not begun in full. Customised mentor blocks may reduce refundable portions once work has started — we document this at enrolment.
3. Full and Partial Refunds
If a cohort is cancelled by us, we refund fees paid or offer transfer. If you withdraw before materials access, we refund minus stated administrative fees where permitted.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party licences, shipped materials at cost, or completed mentor sessions may be non-refundable once delivered, as disclosed in your schedule.
5. How to Request
Email hello@cognition-dataterm.digital with your enrolment reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We acknowledge within five business days.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible within card network timelines; bank transfers may take additional days.
7. Cancellations and Exceptions
Repeated abuse of refund pathways may lead to declined enrolment. Force majeure events follow contract clauses shared at purchase. Nothing here limits non-excludable statutory rights under South African law.
